Services will be delivered in accordance with the Bay Property Inspection Agreement which applies to all services provided directly by Bay Property Inspections.
Payment for all services will be required prior to inspection reports being issued for any inspection carried out or professional advice provided.
All prices and payments will be in Australian Dollars.
All prices will be inclusive of GST.
Bay Property Inspections does not offer refunds for reports provided that have been written and are compliant with Australian Standards.
Bay Property Inspections does not offer refunds for inspections that have been completed and that are compliant with relevant Australian Standards.
Cancellation fees may be applicable for late cancellation of inspection services. Bay Property Inspections reserves the right to charge cancellation fees or disturbance fees for late changes to an inspection booking.
