A Pest Inspection also commonly known as a Timber Pest Inspection and it will assess four critical areas of a property and include those findings in the final report to clients.
- Subterranean Termites or evidence of termite activity and damage. Any evidence of previous or current termite treatments.
- Timber borers or evidence of timber borer activity and damage.
- Wood rot (wood decay fungi) damage in timber.
- Any conditions that may be conducive to Termite attack or wood rot.
The Pest Inspection will take on average between 1 to 1.5 hours to complete.
The Pest Inspection will include roof void, sub floor area, concrete slab, internal areas, external structures and grounds.
