Do you have Professional Indemnity Insurance?
We are fully insured to inspect and provide reports to our clients.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We have full Public Liability Insurance at an industry level of 20M.

Do you have client testimonials I can review?
Yes, we have multiple client testimonials available on our website and on file for review. We can also supply client details for you to contact them directly for a review of our services and professional conduct.

How soon after the inspection do I get the report?
The final report will be released with 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.

Will the inspector go onto the roof and in the roof void? 
Yes, we will access the roof and walk on it to inspect and enter the roof void to inspect where it is safe to do so and access is available.

Do your reports comply with regulations and industry standards?
Detailed reports with photographs that comply with Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 for Building and AS4349.3 – 2010 for Pest are provided.

How long does the inspection take?
Our inspection service will provide two Inspectors, one for Building and one for Pest. Inspectors will attend at the same day and time and spend approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs each performing their respective inspections.

Who will organise the inspection scheduling?
We will schedule and co ordinate the inspectors, agents and vendors.

Will I get a debrief on completion of the inspection?
All clients are debriefed on completion of both the Building and Pest Inspections on the day upon completion re any relevant issues of note.

What areas do you cover?
We will service all areas within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, but mostly specialise in Southern Sydney areas of the Sutherland Shire and St George Area.

Can I attend the inspection as an interested party?
Yes, you can attend the inspection and experience first hand the process and have any issues or questions explained on site.

When do I pay?
Our policy is once a booking has been taken and the inspection scheduled, payment on receipt of your invoice is expected before we can proceed and undertake the inspection. No formal reports will be released without payment being received.

Can I speak to the Inspector after receiving my report?
We encourage all clients to contact the inspector to discuss any concerns or issues in the report. The Inspectors name and contact details are contained in every report.
